“ I have traveled all over the U.S. and Japan for the best ramen and would reiterate with other reviewers that the ramen at Mitaka is solid (I ordered the tonkatsu)! Sure the egg was cold inside but pork was tender, broth was flavorful without being too thick/greasy, and noodles were well cooked. Service was great and I was the only one here on a Sunday at 1pm. For this area too, this is the best by far— honestly if this were here when I used to live here years ago, I would come once a week! ”

We had a big group and sat at the bar and everyone seemed happy with what they ordered. I had the octopus and the spicy pork meal and while I'd probably not get the octopus again(not really my thing, just wanted to give it a try) my wife enjoyed it. The spicy pork had some kick but it was extremely good. Would definitely come back. ”
